Main Responsibilities:- Lead pre and post-contract processes, guaranteeing compliance and effectiveness through meticulous contract drafting, review, and management.
- Drive timely project delivery within defined scope and budget constraints, leveraging your expertise in project management and vendor development.
- Evaluate, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Conduct in-depth rate analysis and spearhead negotiations to secure advantageous terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in financial management practices, including rate analysis and contract negotiations.
- Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
