Interior Execution Specialist

Job Description:

The interior execution specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of interior projects. This includes overseeing the on-site execution from planning through handover, meeting design specifications and client expectations.

This role involves coordinating daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations. The individual will liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. They will review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.

The interior execution specialist must ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. They will monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Experience:

  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
