Senior Interior Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Design Leader to spearhead our interior design team in planning and executing projects that showcase exceptional design ideas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary designer to conceptualize innovative designs, collaborate with clients, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainability practices, smart building technologies, and future-ready design concepts. They will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior designers, managing vendor relationships, and staying updated on industry trends.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback

Client Collaboration:

  • Understanding project needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts

Project Management:

  • Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones

Design Development:

  • Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project
