Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a minimum of 7 years of experience in selling filters for high purity applications, such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and other industries requiring contamination control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales of high purity filters to clients in the semiconductor, biotech, pharmaceutical, and other relevant industries.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their filtration needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  6. Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of high purity filters to consult with clients, offering solutions that meet their application-specific requirements.
  7. Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to potential clients and internal teams.
  8. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.
  9. Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  10. Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer service teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in high purity filters, preferably within industries like semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
  • Strong understanding of filtration technology and its applications in contamination-sensitive environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
