The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and negotiating project contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets. They will also be responsible for negotiating and finalizing orders with customers, following up and tracking payments, and attending to customer feedback and maintaining healthy communication and long-term relations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably as a Sales Engineer, within the project-based industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and industry events, as required

Education: B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
