We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team at TransPerfect. As a moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our data collection project.
Your primary responsibility will be to welcome and lead participants through the data collection session, ensuring that audio recordings adhere to project guidelines. You will also be responsible for uploading data and conveying session details to the project team.
This is an on-site role that requires strong communication and technical skills. You must be fluent in both the language of collection and English, and have some technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS.
Responsibilities- Understand project-provided documentation to assist participants
- Interact with participant(s) and lead them through the data collection session
- Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalate unsolved issues
- Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
- Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
- Communicate and coordinate with project team
- Interact with various hardware & software
- Fluency in both the language of collection and English
- Technical proficiency in using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
