Job Title: Senior Associate-International Programs(Sales)

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting international partners, driving end-to-end sales cycles, maintaining CRM pipelines, and ensuring contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target international partners—corporates, accelerators, universities, governments, innovation agencies.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate opportunity tracking and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams (programs, strategy, finance, delivery) to design and customize partner solutions.
  • Ensure contracting, invoicing, and revenue recognition in coordination with Finance.

Requirements

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: 2–4 years in international sales or business development.
