About this role:

We're looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this critical position, you'll oversee the development and maintenance of relationships with food service institutions at all levels.

  • Lead dynamic food service operations and foster sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Manage individual expenses within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, driving conversations about new developments in our products.
  • Develop quotes and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate with clients by phone, email, and in person.
  • Attend client meetings, food committee meetings, and other events related to clients.
  • Maintain effective professional relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include administering unit operations according to SmartQ standards, handling contract specifications, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You'll be responsible for resourceful management of the unit, providing high-quality food services and healthy partner management.
