As Associate Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of frontline Partner associates. You will also coordinate various tasks related to food production planning, engineering, and front-of-house services. It is crucial to ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
You will exercise general responsibilities to facilitate efficient contract organization, aligning with contractual terms and conditions. Your focus will be on enhancing the overall customer experience through effective management and service delivery.

Prioritize client retention and demonstrate a passionate commitment to delivering quality service to both clients and employees. Adhere to legislation and follow all rules and regulations outlined in the client handbook, ensuring service deliverables, hygiene, health, and safety standards are met.
Manage vendor rotations and plan operations for assigned clients. Ensure expertise in food service, technology, and people management to guarantee smooth operations.
Demonstrate proven leadership experience, successfully managing teams in dynamic environments. Have knowledge of HSEQ standards, with a Basic Food Hygiene certification. Possess financial acumen and proficiency in relevant applications to ensure operational efficiency.
Show agility and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced and evolving work environments. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required, along with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management. Be available for a 6-day workweek and willing to travel within city limits as needed.
