Job Title: Senior Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Food Service Operations Manager to lead our food and beverage team. As a key member of the leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
  2. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
  3. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors
  4. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
  5. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
  6. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  7. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees, and serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment Open Door Policy process
  8. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and complete safety training and certifications
  9. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
  10. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  11. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

Requirements:

  • Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and cash handling systems
