Loan Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead our team in India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end loan processing for our India branches and servicing activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing loan operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. They will be able to develop and manage a high-performance team, build a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drive process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing loan operations, with a strong understanding of PC skills (MS Office) and extensive experience in loan products, static data maintenance, and customer data management. They will also have hands-on experience in managing stakeholders, governance, and managing toll gates, as well as flexibility in working in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end loan processing for India branches and servicing activities
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and mentor a high-performance team
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing loan operations
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office)
  • Extensive experience in loan products, static data maintenance process & customer data management
  • Understanding various system applications used for lending
  • Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders, governance, and managing the toll gates
  • Flexible in working in shifts
  • Exposure to India-related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations
  • Graduate and/or Post Graduate
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others
  • Attention to details
