
Senior Geographic Business Development Manager

- Determine and implement effective business strategies to drive profitability in assigned geographic areas.
- Analyze market trends and develop plans to optimize budget and resource utilization, creating synergies across pre-owned car loans vertical geographies.
- Ensure business targets, disbursement growth, and budget fulfillment are met as per guidelines given by the Circle Head.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure cost optimization through strategic decision-making.
- IDentify methods for achieving business goals through channels and direct marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage teams to execute business cycles and achieve targeted results.
- Provide executive-level solutions to team members on various issues.
- Organize manpower according to business requirements at the divisional level.
- Establish process standardization through Daily Work Management.
- Drive multiple teams and departments to achieve initial goals.
- Implement initiatives taken by higher authority at executive and ABM levels.
- Evaluate and provide feedback to team members on a regular basis, conducting regional reviews as needed.
- Identify skill gaps and continue training, mentoring, and guiding the team.
- Develop partnerships with dealers, brokers, DSA, and organized channels to achieve business budgets.
- Create engagement platforms like dealer, DSA, brokers councils at state and division and branch levels.
- Improve market share in non-active low market share dealers and channels for pre-owned car loans business.
- Evaluate dealer performances in volume, quality, and market share.
- Bolster dealer salesman engagement.
- Maintain portfolios as per guidelines.
- Control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and non-starters.
- Maintain Outstanding Due (OD) contracts and review all OD contracts on ABM levels.
- Support the team for highly volatile customers.
- Conduct competitors analysis.
- Analyze market share and business growth.
- Regularly study competitors' business strategies and best practices, devising monthly business plans accordingly.
