Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead financial planning and analysis for our Wealth and Retail Banking division.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A postgraduate degree in business administration or a related field, accompanied by at least 12 years of experience in financial planning and analytics within the banking or financial services sector.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial insights to senior stakeholders and inform strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating cross-functional finance teams across different geographies.
- High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with senior business and finance leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, performance tracking, and identifying key areas for improvement across WRB markets. They will also collaborate closely with Country Business Heads, CFOs, and Group stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and steer strategic decisions. Furthermore, they will implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all financial planning and analysis processes, while building and leading a high-performing finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.
