Unlock New Opportunities as a Revenue Growth Expert
Role OverviewAs a revenue growth specialist, you will drive expansion across both B2C and B2B segments. This involves increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, as well as executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard corporate and institutional partners to enhance offerings.
- Develop proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements to foster strategic partnerships.
- Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities for B2B growth.
- Ensure seamless student enrollment experiences with strong conversion and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital campaigns for lead generation.
- Design outreach campaigns, including events, email, and referral programs.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and growth experiments to inform data-driven decisions.
- Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Provide weekly growth performance reports to leadership, backed by data insights.
Requirements
- An MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-School is preferred; prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills, along with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work under targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, with familiarity with CRM and analytics tools desirable.
