**Job Summary**: We are seeking a Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food and beverage departments, supervising staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement menus that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Manage the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant, including ordering supplies and inventory control.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
