Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional tender specialist to accelerate access to affordable medicines. At our organization, we prioritize good health and strive for innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will identify tenders, assess viability, prepare technical and commercial bids, and ensure timely submission.

This role involves ensuring statutory documents, licenses, registrations, authorizations, financial documents, and product dossiers are up-to-date and tender-ready.

Candidates will work closely with institutional sales teams, supply chain, and product management for pricing, stock availability, and technical inputs.

Maintaining a database of submitted tenders, bid outcomes, pricing history, and competitor benchmarking is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Pharmacy; an MBA is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in tendering, commercial documentation, in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Prior experience with GeM, CPPP, eProcurement systems, and government tenders is mandatory.
