Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of our cybersecurity platform. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team, owning end-to-end engineering execution, and laying the foundation for our product and culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Your primary focus will be on executing the engineering roadmap in alignment with company goals, driving the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software products, and establishing best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience
  • At least 4+ years hands-on development
  • Strong foundation in system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and scalable data modeling
  • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or similar cloud environments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
  • Leadership and Management:
  • At least 2–3 years in engineering management (team building, delivery)
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
