Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development and deployment of our Large Language Model (LLM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Oversee AI Architecture: Develop the overall architecture for the LLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap in line with organizational goals, including scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Technology Selection: Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, with expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies to ensure the successful deployment of the LLM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive implementation and effective communication.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with AI advancements and incorporate best practices to improve LLM capabilities, including research and evaluation of open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs), with experience in designing and implementing AI architectures.
  • Software Architecture: Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles, with expertise in cloud platforms.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with expertise in data pipeline design and deployment.
  • Data Architecture: Knowledge of big data technologies, data management practices, and MLOps expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, with strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
