The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strengthening engineering practices through strategic planning, innovative problem-solving, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong technical leadership skills, coupled with expertise in software development, testing, and debugging, are essential for this role.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable platforms that meet business needs.
  • They will work closely with stakeholders to fill the product backlog and deliver production-ready code.
  • Mentorship and guidance of team members will also be a key responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in core Java, with a strong background in J2EE and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in web services standards, including HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, and REST.
  • SaaS product development experience is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with creating REST API and JSON is required.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, SQL, and JPA is necessary.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently are mandatory.
  • Experience with AWS and queuing systems is an advantage.
  • Managed junior developer teams before.
  • Exposure to continuous integration and knowledge of product development environments are highly beneficial.
  • Integration with third-party web services and knowledge of Kubernetes (K8) will be considered as added advantages.
