This role requires a consultant to support staff adoption of new ways of working as we transition to a new Financial, Accounting and Planning system (Workday). The consultant will analyze learning needs, design, develop and deliver training programs for staff focusing on behavioral change.

The consultant shall:

  • Conduct a high-level learning needs analysis for the knowledge, skills and behaviors staff need to change as we transition to new processes in Workday.
  • Design and develop a learning journey aligned with clear learning outcomes.
  • Deliver engaging, accessible training solutions using varied delivery formats.
  • Ensure the learning experience reflects our values, philosophy, and the benefits of Workday adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to co-deliver training globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven 6+ years of experience in training design, development and delivery in complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems similar to Workday.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Prominent levels of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functions.

This position is open to candidates who can commit to full-time work in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, or other cities in India.
