About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage various HR functions across our global campuses.

As Human Resources Manager, You Will

  • Support the development and execution of initiatives that drive increased employee satisfaction
  • Identify and implement Human Resource process improvements
  • Facilitate communication, reporting, and related governance of employment regulations
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of company salary structure, documentation, and job evaluation systems
  • Analyze competitive market trends for compensation and benefit programs
  • Deliver new employee orientations and reorientations as policies and benefits evolve
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems

As Human Resources Manager, You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Must have experience conducting investigations and making recommendations/decisions based on findings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to articulate ideas clearly, use proper grammar, and exhibit good enunciation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • The ability to adapt within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • The capacity to self-manage, prioritize multiple tasks accurately, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with diverse groups
  • The ability to remain composed and patient during challenging situations
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to travel internationally when required
