Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in HR technology, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to our clients. This involves working independently as part of a multi-cultural team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

You will lead teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring seamless execution from blueprint creation to go-live support. Your expertise in remote delivery models, application-specific solution consulting, and process implementation across SAP/non-SAP applications is highly valued.

A strong understanding of modeling standards and tools is essential, along with the ability to develop and assure quality of process models. You will also act as a coach for colleagues and contribute to the Business Process Library approach.

With at least 4-5 years of experience in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM implementation, you are expected to possess advanced/expert knowledge of the field. Your role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in an fast-paced environment.
