Job Title: Learning & Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Sales L&D team as a key player in driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with Business Heads.
  • Identify skill and competency gaps and recommend suitable training interventions to enhance performance.
  • Prepare an Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design and deliver impactful training modules through various channels on topics such as equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Develop Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms to promote financial literacy and product understanding among stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content is aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
