AI Specialist Role Overview

As a seasoned AI specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful AI solutions with an international team. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing custom machine learning models for business-specific problems, including NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams across India and Europe is essential to integrate AI solutions into real-world products. You will ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices, optimizing models with advanced techniques, and contributing to research initiatives and adopting the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing. You will work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, requiring strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.

This position requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face is necessary, as well as experience with cloud AI/ML platforms, containerization, and orchestration.
