System Administrator II: Directory Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Directory Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that enhance the security and resiliency of our Directory Services product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Directory technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and PingDirectory. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess opportunities to improve the security posture of our Directories.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will be comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to enhance the security and resiliency of our Directory Services product offerings
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve the security posture of our Directories
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the nominal operation of Directory Services product offerings
- Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and application teams to drive Directory Services product/service adoption and continuous improvement
- Maintain effective partnerships with operations and engineering teams to drive service improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least five years' professional experience within the Directories, Identity and Access Management, or Information Security domain(s)
- Experience with Directory technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and PingDirectory
- Demonstrable experience in hardening the configuration of Directories through the utilization of scanning tools, attack path analysis, and/or structured, one-off assessments/analyses
