TCS IS HIRING FOR AZURE AD( 6 TO 10 YEARS EXP FOR CHENNAI) Experience Required: 4-10 years Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Department: ITJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining both on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD environments. This role involves implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AD and Azure AD to ensure seamless and secure identity and access management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Active Directory Management:Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises AD infrastructure. Manage and administer Group Policies, Organizational Units (OUs), and user/computer accounts.

Perform regular AD health checks and troubleshooting. Ensure AD security and compliance with industry standards. 2. Azure Active Directory Management:Design, implement, and manage Azure AD environments.

Configure and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity solutions. Administer Azure AD roles, conditional access policies, and MFA.Ensure seamless integration between on-premises AD and Azure AD. 3. Identity and Access Management:Implement and manage identity and access management solutions.

Configure single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation. Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents. Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place.

4. Collaboration and Support:Work closely with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and services. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AD and Azure AD issues. Train and mentor junior staff on AD and Azure AD best practices.

Document processes, procedures, and configurations. 5. Security and Compliance:Implement security best practices for AD and Azure AD.Conduct regular audits and assessments of AD/Azure AD environments. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and updates related to identity management. Qualifications:4-10 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management. Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (on-premises and cloud). Knowledge of AD security best practices and compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:Experience with Microsoft 365 and its integration with Azure AD.Knowledge of other identity management solutions (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity). Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Understanding of Zero Trust security models.
