Enterprise Active Directory Specialist

As an Enterprise Active Directory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's complex IT infrastructure configuration. This includes overseeing cross-platform audits of Active Directory objects and user permissions, administering Windows server systems architecture, installation, optimization, problem isolation, and resolution. Additionally, you will manage User Accounts on Windows and UNIX platforms, including creation, deletion, permissions, and VPN access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and monitor Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement organizational units in Active Directory to streamline user management and security.
  • Manage Group Policy Objects throughout the Active Directory enterprise to enforce security policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft to identify risks and perform remediation involving domain health and future strategy.
  • Provide Level 3 support for problems relating to Active Directory, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Excellent scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Batch, and VBScript.
  • Experience with intra- and inter-forest Active Directory migrations.
  • Good experience with Active Directory assessment and migration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory with multi-forest environments.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with centralized Identity Management tools like IAM.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory integration with multiple applications.
