  • Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, FSMO Roles
  • Experience with AD Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD, SSO
  • Identity lifecycle management (Provisioning, De-provisioning, Access Reviews)
  • Troubleshooting authentication, trust relationships, replication issues
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for AD/IAM automation
  • Security compliance and auditing for IAM (Nice to Have) :
  • Certifications like MCSE, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.)
  • Exposure to SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity
  • Cloud IAM experience (Azure AD, AWS :
  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise AD & IAM infrastructure.
  • Handle L3 escalations for AD issues, replication, authentication, and access control.
  • Implement security policies, password policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with application teams to integrate IAM with business systems.
  • Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and other :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in AD and IAM.
  • Strong troubleshooting and security mindset.
