Managing and resolving hardware/software issues.
Performing software installations and updates.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Configuring and managing switches, routers, and firewalls.
Administering Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
Managing hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure environments (Azure/AWS).
Supporting and maintaining on-premises servers and infrastructure.
Managing resources in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with cloud provisioning, storage, and networking.
Implementing and maintaining security policies and practices.
Ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
System monitoring and performance tuning.
Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
Working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Escalating critical issues and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Skills Required:
3 years in a system administration or infrastructure support role.
Proven experience managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
End-User Support: Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting, OS support.
Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows 10/11.
Directory Services: Active Directory, Group Policy.
Networking: DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Switches, Firewalls.
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (required), AWS (preferred).
Productivity Suites: Office 365 administration.
On-Prem Infrastructure: Server management, backups, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Security Tools: Endpoint protection, firewall rules, MFA, conditional access.
Scripting & Automation (preferred): PowerShell, Bash, or Python
