The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.
There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in NetIQ, Novell eDirectory, Apache Directory Studio, LDAP, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
- Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management processes, including account provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
- In-depth understanding of directory services, authentication protocols, and IAM best practices.
- Experience with incident response and troubleshooting within IAM systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or directory services (e.g., NetIQ Certified, Microsoft Certified in Active Directory) are a plus.
- Experience working in IDM.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Opentext experience with more than 10years.
- Identity and Access Management - NetIQ, with more than 10 years of experience.
- Novell eDirectory, with more than 10 years of experience
- Apache Directory Studio, with 5 years of experience.
- LDAP, Active Directory, and Office 365 services, IDM.
