About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Hire new partners to associate with our company and bring in new customers.
- Product Training: Conduct product training to ensure all partners can effectively use and sell our products.
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the liaison between our company and partners, ensuring productive and smooth operations.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of Life & Health, Motor, and SME insurance products through direct channels or by recruiting POS.
- Lead Identification and Follow-up: Identify, set, and agree on premium targets with POS to ensure business goals are met, follow up on pending leads and references to generate new business.
- Collaboration and Process Adherence: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that processes, standards, and procedures with partners are consistently followed.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with all product offerings and insurance solutions by attending training sessions and reading relevant materials.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products and services.
