Chief People Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to lead and enhance our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.

Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.

Ideal candidate: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
