Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of HR processes from hiring to employee lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing attendance, leave, and payroll inputs, maintaining employee records and HR databases, and ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end hiring across functions.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
    • Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience:
    • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
    • Conduct inductions and orientation sessions.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced organizations.
  • Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Education: Degree (Minimum)
