Site Construction Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the construction process of our projects in Belgaum, India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing site plans and specifications that align with project objectives and design requirements.

  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes, project specifications, and quality control measures.

  • Directing or performing surveys and measurements as required by the project scope.

  • Evaluating costs and preparing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Planning and coordinating construction activities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

  • Collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs to ensure seamless execution.

  • Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests to assess structural foundations.

  • Reporting work progress and budget matters to seniors for informed decision-making.

  • Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements.

  • Addressing construction-related issues promptly to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

  • On-site project management experience in civil and structural engineering is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.

  • A strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects.

  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus.

  • A Site Engineer degree or diploma with a minimum 2-3 years' experience in the field.
