Our company is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our projects and manage relationships with key personnel and clients. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate across various departments and manage resources effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with exposure to US or international clients. They should also be able to maintain a positive attitude and achieve strategic customer objectives while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include managing projects, establishing productive relationships with clients, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining client receivables. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing monthly retention efforts and documenting all requests and comments made by clients.

Technical skills such as IT Project Management, WordPress, PHP, and others are preferred but not required. What matters most is the candidate's ability to lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary actions required.
