Job Role:
  • Engage potential clients via informative and empathetic video consultations, guiding them towards mental wellness.
  • Manage a dynamic schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
  • Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
  • Be available for communication through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
  • Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure honesty and integrity by enrolling only suitable clients, following through on commitments.
  • Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
  • Monitor performance metrics, understanding successes and areas needing improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Uphold high standards in all interactions.

As a Corporate Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team. Your role will involve working closely with clients, building relationships, and providing expert guidance to support their mental wellness needs.
