We are seeking an experienced Mac Support and IT Support professional to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to users, ensuring minimal disruption to our IT infrastructure.
  • Configure and deploy Mac IOS devices, including MacBook and system setup.
  • Install and troubleshoot OS and Mac OS.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support activities, including logs and rendered support.
  • Conduct firmware and driver testing/updating, software patch testing/management, and network basics.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to follow established processes and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Setup Clients Mac IOS (Mac book/System)
  • Installation of Client application.
  • Documentation/Records logs- rendered support.
  • Software patch testing/management
  • Firmware and driver testing/updating.
  • Trouble shoot Client networks.
  • Training users; if any
