Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual screening interviews for various job profiles across sectors to ensure a smooth and effective interview process.
  • Utilize Zoom and web-based technical panels to manage and conduct interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements, ensuring only qualified candidates proceed in the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes and provide detailed feedback to the recruitment team.
  • Engage with candidates professionally, representing the organization and ensuring a positive interview experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of experience in recruiting, screening, or interviewing, preferably for blue and grey collar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using Zoom and web-based interview portals, with strong technical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of an additional regional language being a plus.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting high-volume interviews for blue and grey collar profiles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and challenges in blue and grey collar hiring across India.
