Dedicated Office Coordinator

At Pioneer Property Management Ltd., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Director.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments, and have a keen eye for detail. The role will involve coordinating tasks, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Schedules and Meetings: Coordinating the Director's schedule, setting up meetings, and ensuring timely responses to invitations.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Responding to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Minute Taking: Recording minutes of meetings and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing reports and documents as required, and maintaining accurate records.
