Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to manage company policies, ensure statutory compliance, and streamline day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, implement, and update HR and administrative policies ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with internal HR practices and external statutory regulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Monitor and ensure labor law compliance, POSH policies, and audit readiness for all departments.
  • Maintain fire safety protocols – conduct regular fire extinguisher checks and fire drills to prevent accidents.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications to maintain high standards.
Office Administration:
  • Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals to optimize resources.
  • Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities to maintain a smooth work environment.
Audit and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections.
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance checklists and monthly reports to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
