We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization operates in compliance with all relevant national and international laws and regulations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about governance, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, risk management, and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective compliance programs and policies;
- Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Providing training and support to employees on compliance-related matters;
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. IT security, risk management, compliance);
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a compliance-related role;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
