We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to join our organization.

About the Role:

This key position involves ensuring our adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be responsible for secretarial compliance tasks, including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
