**Compliance Specialist Opportunity**

The Internal Auditor role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial records. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with conducting internal and external audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits across multiple departments and functions to pinpoint weaknesses and irregularities in systems.
  • Evaluate internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures to guarantee they align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Compile detailed audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations for effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to address issues identified during audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • Experience: 9-10 years for senior auditor position.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software and extremely proficient in MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:**

  • Position at Head Office with occasional travel for on-site audits.
  • May require working under tight deadlines and handling multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
