Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to ensure quality, information security and environmental compliance across all our locations globally.

Job Description
  • The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the compliance tasks required to maintain our certifications and accreditations.
  • This role reports directly to the Head of Compliance based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the maintenance, improvement and implementation of the quality and information security management system according to ISO 9001, ISO27001 and other relevant standards.
  2. Draft and review documented policies and procedures within the management systems.
  3. Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
  4. Investigate departures from the management system and any occurrence of non-conforming work including the initiation of corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
  5. Work with IT, HR and SOC teams for security improvements and investigation of incidents.
  6. Collect and analyze data and prepare reports for management about the performance of the management system and any need for improvement.
  7. Planning and organizing recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risks assessments, backup testing and business continuity testing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance or relevant disciplines.
  • Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 27001 or equivalent.
  • CISM certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 required.
  • Knowledge in ESG preferred.
  • Highly competent with MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Must have a valid work permit for India.

  • Ability to offer insights, both technical and organizational, and take well-considered decisions when needed.
  • A background in software and technology-minded attitude highly required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate processes or technical matters through verbal conversation, written documentation or flowcharts.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Self-motivated, with plenty of initiative and good ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
