Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee our day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

This individual will also prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting
  • Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental budget planning
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations
  • Ensure timely and accurate filling of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc)
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices
  • Ensure timely and accurate filling of income tax returns
  • Manage statutory, Tax audits, assessments, and ensure to respond within the time limit
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (e.g, MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC etc)
  • Ensure timely and accurate filling with RBI (e.g, FLA return, FC-TRS etc)
  • Maintain documentation and records for all FEMA-related transactions
  • Coordinate both internal and external audits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Ad hoc projects & analysis as needed
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
  • Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
  • Train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements
