Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our global supply chain team. As a key contributor to our strategic business planning process, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions to achieve aligned goals.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement in our forecasting processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
