This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Demand Planner. As the custodian of pricing and discount changes, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining margins.
The successful candidate will have a background in e-commerce sales and be able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing channel and category-level plans in alignment with supply chain initiatives
- Driving achievement of top-line and trade margin targets at a daily level across all channels
- Maintaining robust return on sales (ROS) for all rebuy styles
- Actions based on visibility funnel insights
- Frequent collaboration with channel partners to review actual vs plan performance
- Strategic planning and execution of discounting strategies during promotional events
