As a strategic sales and business development professional, you will play a key role in accelerating lead closure cycles, improving decision-maker access, and expanding global business opportunities.
The goal is to design and execute a sales playbook that drives deal closures. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing current sales processes and identifying bottlenecks
- Developing and implementing strategies to reach CXO-level decision makers
- Designing qualification frameworks for consistent pipeline management
- Structuring and packaging service offerings into proofs of concept, pilots, and tiered proposals
- Training internal sales and account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up
- Supporting international expansion with tailored messaging
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales or consulting
- A proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
- A strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services
- Experience selling in both Indian and international markets
- An excellent network and ability to open doors with senior executives
We are looking for someone who can shorten our average sales cycle by 25–40%, coach and upskill our existing sales team, and build repeatable playbooks for faster closures.
