Chief Technical Officer

This is a highly technical position that requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in physical design methodologies, particularly netlist-to-GDSII implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in floor planning, placement, CTS, routing, STA, power integrity analysis, and physical verification.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing netlist-to-GDSII conversion for various technology nodes, including 28nm and lower.
- Developing and maintaining complex designs using Synopsys/Cadence tools (Innovus, ICC2, Primetime, PT-PX, Calibre).
- Ensuring timing constraints, STA, and timing closure through meticulous analysis and optimization.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
