This role is for a Senior Relationship Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by managing Retail and HNI clients, focusing on client acquisition, upselling, and providing expert investment advice.
- Achieve business targets by upselling products and enhancing client net worth relationships.
- Profile customers to provide financial products that meet their specific needs.
- Ensure the highest levels of service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
- Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.
- Upsell ICICI Prudential MF products to Retail and HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
- Act as the single point of contact for the assigned customer.
- Experience in mutual fund sales is essential.
- Proven ability to manage Retail and HNI clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
